Is that sort of an -- all clear?

Re AMAT, breaking 40 -- this is very bullish, I presume. And not just for AMAT, but the entire supporting cast?

I'm new to P&F and trying to learn. I've taken out a trial sub to the DWA site. I picked out the following stocks from a recent issue of Barrons and looked up their charts on the DWA site :
CTXS
FLEX
ITWO
INSS
PMCS
From the P&F charts all the above seem to look all right(RS on a buy and in Xs, Double Top buy signals, positive momentum). But looking at stochastics, MACD etc all these stocks seem to be overbought. Am I reading this right? If so, any suggestions on where good buy points might be or any other guidance or comments from you knowledgeable people out there would be greatly appreciated.
