Paul - the word "down by the pool" is that Celeron is now shipping at the rate of ~10 million a quarter! That's TWICE the rate of the K6 dream numbers!! Have you heard anything when you were "down by the pool"?

At www.anandtech.com, he talks about Abit making a Socket 370 MB and an adaptor that lets your run a Socket 370 chip in a Slot 1 MB. Of course, IF Intel bus locks it the adaptor won't make sense because it won't overclock.
