Notice also they're saying ">366 MTexels/s", which would mean they expect to actually get better than 183MHz. Since the very first part seems to run very well at 150MHz, this doesn't seem to be too far fetched. 200MHz would be another 10% (added to the 20% boost from 150 to 183 and you already have Q2 1600x1200@40fps, without driver improvements.)
