I've mentioned a couple of times here that averaging down is only worthwhile when you are (relatively) certain that you are buying into a bottom. APM is, IMO, one of those opportunities to initiate a position anywhere down here and add on any short term weakness. (that's not to say that I expect any significant weakness at this point)
The last stock I mentioned in relation to this was TLK.
