I have a T1 connection here at work (in NJ) and SI was slow for me yesterday also.

Apparently, there was an "MTU" setting that got messed up on the servers on Monday with a power outage at our ISP. I'm not sure what that means, but it affected Netcom users (and I imagine a few others).

It's fixed now...Sorry for not finding the problem sooner.

Sorry for the delay... I've been having problems getting into the SI site and also long response times...

I know that I've not been able to post as frequently as I normally do because of the slow response times... If SI loses 10 to 20% of its posts because of people's frustration with response time, it could eat into their advertising profits and subscriber base...
