I wonder if these means much to anyone:

"The Boston Consulting Group study noted that 59% of online retail revenue is
currently generated by "multichannel" merchants-those with both Web sites
and traditional stores and catalogs. At 1-800-Flowers Inc., which has
telemarketing, retail stores, catalog and online sales, for instance, Internet
sales now make up about 12% to 15% of its roughly $300 million in annual
sales."

To All:

See story on AOL personal finance page regarding a significant new
player BUY.COM who has Amazon in its cross hairs. This is a company
that is not yet public. SOFTBANK has invested in this company with
a similar ownership position to YAHOO, ZIFF DAVIS and E-TRADE.
