Tito, and all,

Per Briefing.com:

Applied Materials Inc. (AMAT) 37 5/8: --UPDATE-- Merrill Lynch upgrades semiconductor equipment maker from near-term "neutral" to "accumulate" rating and sets a price target of $48 a share; maintains long-term rating at "buy".

KLA-Tencor Corp. (KLAC) 35 3/16: Merrill Lynch upgrades designer and manufacturer of semiconductor automated testing and inspection systems from near-term "neutral" to "accumulate".

Applied Materials Inc. (AMAT) 37 3/8: Morgan Stanley Dean Witter downgrades semiconductor equipment maker from "outperform" to "neutral" on valuation.

But the pre-market bid is still around $37 3/4 as of 8:50am. I would buy into any weakness.

Good luck to all,

xYz

Tito/all, Morgan on CNBC at 9:10 EST. Tito, we have seen people
declare the PC market is saturated. "everyone who wants a PC already
has one". With the coming explosion of bandwidth and lower prices
we're on our way to 80% household penetration in my opinion.
