Yes, I read Herm but didn't see the BB and RSI settings. I followed CPQ on a charting link where BB and RSI are preset. CPQ hit the BB and RSI hit 70. I checked Max- Pain and it was 27.5. I figured 30 was solid and sold at 1 1/4. I was premature. Setting the BB and RSI at Herms settings would not have indicated a CC sale until later and $32.5 or $35 at a later date.

I don't think a date later then Dec is wise because of the potential for Compaq to adjust upward to $40 on earnings news. I think your Dec play might pay off. I think playing Nov was too conservative.

It has been a good learning experience. The best part is it will force me to take a profit on my trading shares, and build up my cash reserves for future purchases at opportunistic points.
