FWIW, as long-term thread participants know, I have a core holding of IMNR which is a long-term investment. And I supplement that with a trading stash, buying a small amount at a suitable low and selling at a suitable high, based primarily upon short-term trading (technical) indicators -- weeks or a few months.

With regard to my trading stash, the most recent buy was at $8, and IMNR flashed a technical sell Friday and confirmed it at close of trading two days ago (Monday) -- for a nice short-term profit.

Standard caveats: TA is useless for thinly-traded stocks; to each guru his own set of entrails; your mileage may vary.

Maybe the people at IMNR think Hollis Eden has a cure for HIV.

Regarding education...

As it was posted before,
"Typically, the shares indicated on a Form 144 have probably already been sold by the time you
see the document."

Please, do not forget to check Forms 4. No surprises, insiders predictably sold Nov 2-5. Because we had an opinion here that insiders are filling 144, but not actually selling, I feel obligated to remind you to check.

"A Form 4 lists the name of the insider, their relationship to the company, how many shares were traded, and at what price. It also gives the date of the trade, total holdings of the insider after the transaction"
