ZD has been very aggressive in terms
of creating a real internet media network.
It seems to me that their investment is
starting to pay off. They are very comfortable
with this Q's earning which is 52 cent per shares.
With 100 Million shares outstanding, it gives
them 52 Million income which is very impressive.
ZDnet IPO is near the corner. I think we will
see 52 weeks high again.

Louis, why haven't they done a preferred note?
Such many companies with cash problems did recently. It was that easy and the market times were good to sell some 100 thousand in stock.

If they sold 500 thousand shares at, say $15-$20 they would ve had enough cash to survive the next year. And 500 t shares are not that many. And a debt is no longer a debt once converted - thus the net tangible asset position is increased by the net proceeds from issuing a note after conversion...

DCLK just filed 2.5 Mio shares.
