I can see this having two effects:
1. Increasing the total amount of retail business done on the web
2. Strong competition for AMZN's "gift" area.

I expect this to have a negative, overall effect on AMZN's gift business. Who wouldn't check out Macy's before making a purchase at AMZN?

In the bizarro world of NZMA, I assume this will be interpreted as good news! ;-)

Good morning Glenn and everyone. Amzn's chart looking good and i sure like the way the weekly chart looks, a beginning of good up trend. Short, short-term only concern is the volume we went .6 mil to 10mil shares the next day, i thought it went up to much and fast for one day. ;-)
