ESVS owns 12mm ZULU, which would result in 1.2mm ESVS common, but I believe Smith said would be in effect cancelled. This would reduce total to about 10mm.

Second, NetVest owns 1mm preferred ESVS, which was convertible to about 2.6mm common ESVS, which since stock split is convertible to about 5.2 common ESVS.

This would bring total to about 15mm common ESVS.

P.S. The fact NetVest protected itself, and gets full advantage of
May stock split, but Zulu's common shareholders do not, further
annoys me!.
