The don't think part seems to fit at times. I have checked and my words still stand. I have requested they look into it. If there is an error there is a lot of revenue at stake. You could have been overcharged because they know who you are.

I just called Customer Service to see how they answer the phones. The system has really improved. I like the CompactConnection.COM announcement and the lady whom I spoke with was very helpful. The CO. is definitely getting their act together IMO! Jeff
