Step: 1] Line up the major brokerages to handle your defacto secondary issue. 2] Conveniently open your log awaited push into new products a few days after the shares become available for sale. 3] Have the brokerages force short sellers to cover their margined positioned. 4] Have brokerages remove short shares from distribution. 5] Do some PR with the media and away the stock soars!
