MB. You can put this into words better than me. But the bubble will sew the seeds of its own destruction since as you say ipos and secondary offerrings will come out of the woodwork now. particularly internuts. any idiot with a homepage will try to go public. too much capital chasing too few actual business opportunities will choke margins even further. it all has to do with efficient allocation of capital, which is a concept we lost a way back in this bubble, imho.
