Good point Bearded One. But the nice thing regarding this issue is that MSFT is simply kicking themselves in the head because there still is no monopoly on the Browser. The only reason MSFT was successful in bleeding NSCP's browser marketshare is because they provided reasonable and similar browser functionality and they sold it as part of their OS.

Well if MSFT is saying that they wont support Java on their Browser and we all know that Java is now an integral part of the Internet, then MSFT has just done NSCP a HUGE favour. Because IE customers now have a reason not to be complacent (i.e. lazy) and will take the time to dump their IE browser and move to NSCP browser.

The champagne bottles must be popping all over the IT industry (excpet for MSFT that is).
