Hi Brian:
If I understand correctly, it is your opinion that the trade that has been under discussion is one made by an institution. I am still confused regarding the direction of this play, short, long, or sitting in the middle waiting for direction.

Opinion on direction: In the past, WCII has been driven in wild upward swings on speculation of a buyout, merger, or partnering of some sort. There have been many speculative deals rumored, but I know of nothing currently in the hot rumor mill. Saying that, and watching this stock snooze along, usually something happens. Some on this thread feel the last down plunge was largely a short play, and therefore correctly understanding this position you have commented upon is very interesting. I personally feel we will get uptick news in the near future, it is the WCII management way of doing things. My guess is it will have to do with new business stimulated by their new promotional program. Who knows, maybe another rumor.
