I don't use the service and knom little to nothing about their MLM business (I am suspicious of MLM in general). Don't know the exact amount that Marriott invested but Winter Harbor will own 61% of the company if all their warrants, convertible preferred stock are exercised (total stock dilution to 60 million + shares when all said and done will impact current shareholders by keeping share price depressed).

I am mainly trying to evaluate this company mainly from the financial side of things. Some of their finacing under the preferred convertible pays prime + 4% until the time of conversion. Floorless convertible finacing is always undertaken by companies that are in finacial dire striats (financing is done by companies not strong enough to raise money by more traditional methods such as an IPO or normal credit lines).

If ILNK's technology is so revolutionary why would take the company public via Medcross rather than do a high profile traditional IPO when anything having to do with the internet was white hot. IMO if ILNK does have great technolgy they will be acquired by a stronger company and MLM dropped. If technology is lacking (technological change in this arena is ever changing and evolving. Where do they get the needed additional $ for future R & D)they will die a slow death. Either way the MLM IR in ILNK is potentially up against the 8ball in my opinion. Read the SEC documents for more information that will enlighten you to their particular predicament. Good luck in your investments.
