If you want to copy something:

Take your mouse and and hold the left side down, while u drag the mouse over the area that you want copied... It should highlight...

Then press your control button on your key board and the letter "c" simultaneously...That'll copy it...

Go to the area that you want to paste it on...Click the left side of your mouse once again and then press your Control button and the letter "v" simultaneously...That'll paste it

Voila...

Do as Ed says or you can highlight what you want to copy first. Then click "edit" and "copy". Then go to where you want to paste it and click on the spot where it's to go. Then click "edit" and "paste".
