Humbly report, JDN, dilution is and has been the #1 concern for all of the "old timers" on this thread for a long, long time now, and has been discussed thoroughly. No doubt about it, Microvision is in a critical point in time, as far as shareholders are concerned. I am not trying to minimize the dilution risk when I say that given the management's actions and the critical mass of developments to-date, I trust (and pray) the future financing will be handled in a manner that does not cause major injury to shareholders. Call me a dreamer for now, but let me assure you that if I am wrong, I'll be out the door in a New York minute! Cheers, Svejk proofsheet.com
