Maybe he was ribbing you. I pense que a lot of PQ'rs align with la belle pays d'Europe when they think nationally as they are wont to do from temps en temps. When you ask a PQ'r or a bloc boit what he am he will reponde francais, pas canadien. We do not see such atavism in the greater free anglophone side as so very few go back to england. Too bad our legal and gov't system did not more closely adhere the true heritage a la le magna charte de foret and thank god it is not Napoleonic. That is carrying heritage too far. EC<:-}
