it seems like the printer should take this into account more seriously. because inflation/deflation are so evil because they result in inefficient allocation of resources...i.e. businesses can't make sensible decisions. they buy too much in inflationary times trying to stock up before price increases. and buy too little in deflationary times trying not to own anything when it goes down in value.

here with the bubble, we have a direct case of inefficient allocation of resources. just as bad as price inflation, imho.
