It looks to me like lots of retail pressure behind the move but not much "smart money" willing to chase the price higher. When the smart money decides the move is overdone and it's time to sell, watch for flurries of sells at similar trade volume.

The technical analysis on the Internet sector now looks like a pull-back is very likely. many stocks in the sector who have led the charge over the past several days are now testing their previous highs set a few days ago or are precipitously at new highs. YHOO's splits have led to sell-offs in the past and often signals a high for the sector. Amazon had lagged the sector and the darlings like Yahoo! and AOl that it has historically been pegged to in the past. Now it has made up that gap and sits close to being as over-bought as the others - more so for the short-term. Do we see a late-morning pull-back of 5-8 points?
