JDN,

Although Scandinavian of heritage, I haven't got blue eyes (referring to the Norwegian saying that being 'blue-eyed' is more or less equal to being naive), but I can readily see that you find a lot of us superoptimists somewhat too optimistic about the dazzling bright future of MVIS.

Going way back to the early days of this thread, I've generally maintained the following reason for my interest in the stock: The company has a well define VISION (no punt intended). They have determined GOALS and PLANS to REACH these goals. I feel comfortable with what I've heard and seen of the management. MVIS has yet to fail in delivering prototypes at exactly the time they've said they would. That has impressed me, since hi-tech companies seem to be notorious in having to delay new products. Above all; The scope of the VRD and related technologies are very exiting -to say the least.

These factors are still very much the basis of my investment. I agree with you in that further financing is extremely important, and I wouldn't for one second rule out the possibility (although improbable) that some huge competitor might find it more lucrative to manipulate the market in order to make further funding difficult for MVIS -only to swoop in and steal the goodies. It's a tough world. However, I believe MVIS has quite a lot to present any financial investor in order to convince a lot of $$$ to be tucked in under the balance sheet (good one, that!).

It's your priviledge to keep us on our toes, JDN, but I'm not easily frightened (Viking blood and all that...)!

Kim
