>>>on balance positive economic benefit<<< each of us has a right to believe what we want to believe.

About a month ago I spent hours reading all the TOUP stuff I could find......and that was a bunch as you well know....including the Santilli report as I recall. This week, I've read this thread and reread the enormous, somewhat-less-than-humble, October 14 press release.

My conclusion, based on my understanding of the laws of physics, is that many AquaFuel claims, embedded in an ENORMOUS amount of tech talk, do not make sense.

Some of Mr. Clancy's e-mail answers to Andrew, especially his free AquaFuel just from letting a city's power flow through an AquaFuel apparatus, are not IMO credible.

If the AquaFuel story as presented by TOUP was true, it would be an enormous breakthrough. I don't believe it is.

If it was true, a hybrid electric car could generate AquaFuel just by letting the electric current pass through an onboard AquaFuel generator.....filling a tank as it went down the road. Then switch to an AquaFuel combustion engine to drive further or recharge the battery.....and so on and so on. Talk about mileage and range.....

I anxiously await definitive answers from the TOUP science team.
