LindyBill, People like Toy can ruin a thread. So far this week he has posted 17 times on the msft thread. There have been a total of 75 postings, so Toy accounts for 22.7% of the volume, but since his posts are provocative, he will probably get about 1 response per post, which means he is actually eating up about 45% of the thread's bandwidth. Some of his ideas have merit, but since his postings are repetitive (the sky is falling, falling, falling...), the volume of them makes it inconvenient to find news and unbiased analysis, driving serious investors away.

The only way to deal with this fillibuster is to not respond to his posts, or if you must do so, use private messaging. We are encountering the same problem on the csco thread with a joker named Jach, and are trying to ignore him. Guys like Toy thrive on flame wars, so if he doesn't get that stimulus, he might just go away.

Frank

Lindy,

Quit trying to figure out WHY I am here. Focus on countering my points with VALID informative points of your own. If all you can do is sit there a throw personal insults at me then MSFT doesnt have much of a future - does it!

No one today (especially you) has had one valid countering post to what I have been posting. NOT ONE!!!

What does that tell you? It tells me that I am right and MSFT is finally being exposed for what it is - the NIKE of the IT industry - All Marketing and no content. Fortunately for NIKE - they do things legally!

Face it! I will not go away. So deal with it and start trying to defend your beloved MSFT.

As for your price issue. If the same investor would have put the same money into NOVL back in March as opposed to MSFT, they would have made a killing (128% ROI)! Not so for MSFT (32%). Went up like a rocket - I DONT THINK SO BUDDY. So even your argument here is lame.

FOCUS!
