A temporary drop, all other things equal, will give a boost to profits of the internationals here on the volumes sold (declining or not).
Who pays attention to revenue growth (erosion) -- it's just whether or not you make the magic earnings number, right (after any number of one time charges)?

I guess the catch is in that phrase -- all other things being equal.
After some time these other countries may take various protective actions.

But I do wonder, like you, if we haven't reached exhaustion in the stock market. Pretty tepid response to the cut, excepting the internuts?
