Ted:

I went to the Survive 2000 site and started to download the free evaluation kit.

I started downloading at 12:38 PM .

It is currently 1:52PM on my clock.

The evaluation kit is still downloading via my 56K modem (Time to get that damn cable).

Please let me know if your experience for the time of the download for this kit is similar.

I also found an hyperlink within another page for NIC Enterprises's y2k software.

Here is the link to the page.

cbd.co.nz

Survive 2000 Professional v2.1.1 NIC Enterprises Information Management Systems: y2000fix.co.nz

The link I found for Survive 2000's distributors didn't work
survive-2000.com

The site provided for Survive 2000
nic-nz.com

said very little about the product and the home page said very little about the company NIC Enterprises Information Management
nic-nz.com

Thus I did a quick search for more information about both the company and the product.

It is now 2:02 and the down load hasn't finished.

I'm aborting this download and trying again.

Since I haven't seen the product and its interface, I can not say anything about this product's relationship to Planet City's.

I will comment on the marketing of this product from its website.
It Stinks.

On that note I'll end this message.

I'm still having problems with the speed of the download of Survive2000

Which host did you down load from?
After trying the NZ Host, I answered my own question. The NZ host for winX version didn't work.

Which version did you download?

Again I'm editing my response...because you only downloaded two disks it 's the same one and host that I did.

My connection is faster yet I'm downloading slower? What's up with that?
