What are the chances I can pick up a $99 Iomega Sparq drive in the not-too-distant future?

There seems to be a lot of interest building in IOM. I'm not really up on them, but can someone explain to me the attraction of their basic business? It seems to me that they could be pretty much out of business once the DVD-RAM type drives hit the market in volume and reduced prices.

When the DVD-RAM type drives are out in volume and even Panasonic, et al, are churning them out like 3.5" floppies, where does it leave IOM?

Thanks.

Bill
