I get the feeling all those who were close to what is happening,and wanted in, have filled up. Buying is slower and the price is softening a bit. Sort of like seeing the wave coming, crashing on the shore and then receding...only to be followed by a much bigger wave! All we need is the announcement that TISS is up and running to get that big wave building! And once it does, pick up your beach chairs and umbrellas and head for higher ground. Tom F.
