How do we know there was no insider selling on the move to $8 by DGIV insiders?? The company is not required to file that information. If you tell me because so and so said so.....I dont always beleive what I hear.

You seem to be assuming that this would show up as insider trading. If DGIV bothered to file financial reports with the SEC, you could see the proceeds from selling stock show up, typically under the cash flow listings, with a description like "proceeds from issuance of common stock". DGIV gets the cash, and is able to spend it in any way it wants, without any oversight. Without proper SEC filings, you have no idea what DGIV is doing with any money it acquires. Maybe, they bought Jimmy Chin a fancy house or car. There is no way of knowing...
