<The only question is when, i.e. when will Intel move Celeron to the 100 MHz bus? It's not like the Mendo-Celeron actually needs it yet until it hits the 400 MHz frequencies....

March/April...>

Not really, Jim. That article that I posted (http://www.zdnet.com/zdnn/stories/news/0,4586,2164566,00.html) mentioned that the 400 MHz Celeron will be coming out in March. The article also mentioned, "By year's end, Celeron's clock speed will be bumped higher. Sources said Intel is still deciding on whether to introduce a 100MHz bus into the low-cost Celeron line because the resulting higher performance chip could cannibalize sales of higher-priced platforms."

It seems that the 400 MHz Celeron will be released on the 66 MHz bus, i.e. a 6:1 proc-to-bus clock ratio.
