I see your argument now, I was talking about something else. Your point is well taken, that would be an interesting approach, especially if the Netscape argument holds.

But I think it would be an unfortunate precedent, since RealPlayer could make the same claim, along with a host of other products whose only route to the customer is on a Windows desktop. Feeding frenzy for the attorneys though.
