I agree that Tsang should not run a public company again. Also, he should be fired from this one. If this is his idea of providing the best deal for shareholders...We don't need him.

I congratulate his proposal, but I definitely do not agree with his offered price. I wish it could be higher. (Unfortunately I hold some shares at cost of $10.) I congratulate Tsang because OAKT has been damaged by short term, speculative investors. At least he comes out saying the stock is worth more than the current price.

I don't think his offer can sail through the boards and shareholders' meeting, though unless the majority agree with his offering. I mean if you refuse to sell your shares to him, can you resist?
