Dear Rich Dee: How does one get a copy of this report? Do you have to pay for it?? I do not understand why the 2nd and 3rd qtrs would be estimated at the same figure. Do they presume no increase in staff or rates? What effect do they give to the acquisition if any? I must presume the large fall off in the 4th qtr MUST be related to federal income taxes then coming into play. Personally, if this report turns out to be accurate I am disappointed and can see why the stock price has fallen. On the other hand if they substantially beat the estimates perhaps the stock price will move up more rapidly. I would really like to see the report. Can you scan it and get it on the thread or is that against their policy? JDN
