My first impression was that I faulted L for the quality of the pictures , or why even offer pictures. I then read more of the releases and it seems that the panel insisted on the pictures after the fact. Also, as someone mentioned, it is the panel's duty to approve/disapprove based on safety and efficacy . The no vote did not base his opinion on that. It is rather odd the the gay community has been lobbying and pressuring the drug firms for years to spend more and more money on searching for a cure and on producing drugs that assist in improving quality of life and then to have an aids patient vote no on a product that does just that.
