Dan, It is a fact that the majority of the world has many different interpretations of the Bible. There is no denying that. Even among Born Agains, the majority of the Bible is interpreted differently. The ENTIRE Bible is believed to be God's word, so we must look at the ENTIRE Bible, not just the central tenent. Therefore, You have to assume that God intended for the bible to be looked at this way. IT is far too much of a stretch to believe that he would be wrong in assuming how his words would be taken. Given that, the only answer that doesnt make God less than all knowing is a belief that personal interpretation is God's intended method for looking at his words. Mark
