Eric, it would be prudent to keep much of your due dilligence to yourself, or private email, until after Eagle is successful in their bid for the Texas City site.

Bankruptcy court delayed judgement on 10 December to allow STE to resubmit a higher bid. This is the normal process for the court to award the property to the highest bidder. STE bid was $3M and
EGVRD placed in at $3.25M. The court will allow STE another bid and
EGVRD gets to counter. Next court date probably won't be until after the new year...so IMO might as well keep your cash and wait for the price to drop some more. I still believe EGVRD will obtain the property it is just becoming a matter of when.
