of toiling, I came up with 3 possible answers...

2. Profit taking: Scrapps just dumped half million shares, pocketing $5,000,000 profit.

I don't think #2 is accurate. The 1/2 million dump is ok, but I think
his cost was more than 5 bucks. :o)
