Guess I should differentiate between customer service and technical support. My experiences with tech support were very good, other than forcing me to place a 90- min long distance call to them in Oregon the day after I got my Shotgun.

The Shotgun shipped without win98 drivers even though I bought it 2 months after win98 was released. Customer Service sent me on two wild goose chases for the drivers. Clearly they didn't have a clue where to find them. I asked to speak with a supervisor and the rep hung up on me (I promise I was a good boy during the call <g>).

BTW CS is in California, several hundred miles from TS.
