Dear Alastair: Nope, you missed it again. I am disappointed in the report but I cannot really comment on something I do not have in front of me. I would say that this probably will set TAVA back and now it is IMPERATIVE that TAVA substantially beat the target figures beginning in this 12/31 qtr if it is going to get back on track again. As to the comment that they said the Mangan acquisition would account for only 2-4 cents a share to annual earnings--if thats true I am outta here. I cannot believe a decent management would take on the risk of such an acquisition for so little to POTENTIALLY gain. JDN

Al --- I believed my thoughts on Red Chip leaving were clear. They were paid in stock and are probably bailing now. The projected rev is down to where TAVA just might be able to surprise and is more than the integrator core will make in a lifetime. The report is not good IMO. If we were looking at a large firm but H does not impress most of the world as being in the same league as ML, PWJ,PRU --- 1 step up from ETRADE.
