Hi Don - there's been nothing to indicate that the two anticipated financial statements (97/98 year end + 98/99 Q1) will be nothing other than very good.

NIR has continued to trade within a tight range since late August so today's close at $1.48 doesn't (for me) means nothing other than it closed down 12 cents today - still within the post-late August trading range. It doesn't take much to push the stock up or down several cents each day.

Since April the only hic up has been the 3rd party law suit against Aquasol. All of the other News related to Napier has been positive. I am confident that Napier will continue to push ahead and develop its business - look where it was 1 January 1998 - it's come a long way. I look forward to 1999 and it'll be very interesting to see how far the company will advance over the next year.

This has always been a long play for me - so daily up's and down's are of no concern. It takes some doing getting out of the penny stock category (and holding). Napier continues to move in the right direction so that will come - just give it some more time.
