Don,

Sounds like a good strategy to me. Start with a rather volatile stock with upward momentum which you want to own anyway and sell near term at the money puts for 15% premium. If stock stays about strike price - you collect the premium and re-iterate for infinite profit. Otherwise you get put the stock and sell near term at the money calls for another 15% premium. Either stock gets called away from you, in which case you re-iterate for infinite profit or you now own the stock at a 30% discount to present value. Gutsy, but likely to pay off in the long run if one can be patient.
