With you on that Joseph...while I wish I owned some today, I cannot fathom why it would be trading at close to $8,000,000,000 in market cap with Barnes and Noble coming on, and no real way to justify this pricing except to say "irrational exuberance". Come on, there is value, and then speculation, and then madness...Dell maybe, Amazon, rediculous...

Internet stocks are crazy, huh?
But I am pretty sure you can only short an IPO after 30 days of trading. Am I wrong?

The first mistake you made is to say internet stocks are overpriced. You can't price an internet stock, so how could you say it is overpriced? The second mistake you made is that you got mad. Don't get mad, get even. Buy some internet stocks! Don't sell Dell yet. It will have its day too.

It's simple, Amzn doesn't give a tinkers dam about profits at this point. They are buying Market Share. They will make huge profits years down the road.

Don't even think about shorting this puppy without major bad news.

Joseph, one can't compare Dell to the internet stocks. Totally different business.
