G'day all - dear Jens, I am at a total loss of your post. If you don't mind, would you please elaborate on it and pertinent points of reference. TIA

On a separate note, a curious PR [and why the pf was halted] today seems to suggest something happening in the background but outside shareholders are not privy to the information.

My guess is that the debt holders are jockeying for positions. However, common holders like myself probably will not be able to get anything more out of that.

Btw, dear Jens, to take your comments at face value, the only problem is that the formula is more complicated depending on how HDS can turn a positive cash flow this coming holiday season. To draw a parallel, go look at what Mr Carl Icahn is going to PHV.

best, Bosco

My guess is that mgt is trying hard to justify the sale. Forget about proxy fight, probably there are a few ambulance chaser waiting in the wing.
