Hi Jim, Like you, I'm new to GTCI as well. I've been keeping an eye on it for a while, looks like it should take off soon. Here's some info from the DD I've done so far. Got most of this from the President, Terry Wong, so it should be very reliable. Total authorized, 25 million. Total outstanding at this time, 12.5 million, with most restricted for 1 year. Current float, between 1.5 and 2 million. Transfer agent, Interstate Transfer Agency, in Salt Lake City, Utah. Their telephone number is (801-281-9746). Company is incorporated in Utah, and their attorney is located in California. Web site is located at: globaltci.com. A extremely nice looking website, but looks as though it could be updated, with some of this information. The company telephone number is: 1-800-668-9880. Hope this helps.
