I've bought dozens of items and never had a problem except for once with a vendor who wouldn't ship my couch. Onsale kept on them for weeks until they sent it out.

I bought something at Bloomingdales once and they were mean to me.

Last week I wandered into Wal-Mart and they didn't have what I was looking for.

Once I bought a radio and it didn't come with batteries. I thought, "what a rip-off". Made me mad.

You have nothing to worry about, with this or future sales. Onsale's
customer service is far better than they are given credit for. I speak from the experience of dozens of purchases personally and many more for my company.
