Mike, thanks, I will look at the claims of the four patents you mentioned. Going through all the 208 is just not practical for me. That is why I asked the thread if they knew of any "generic" patent or groups of patents that I could concentrate on. You have to understand a basic premise in this field, the basic generic patent were issued in the the late 70 early 80 (the use of non fluid electrolyte, or the basic principle of using light ions and the reservoir principle in an absorbtion/desorption state on the electrodes. A specific patent on how to extract the binder from the matrix, is not critical, specific patents on new methods of sealing are also less critical. But, a basic patent increasing ionic mobility in polymer (lithium ions, of course), or patenting a broad principle of self saturation control of the ionic reservoirs at the electrodes would be critical. Both will contribute to improved performance, the latter could eliminate the need of electronic controls of the charging and discharging cycles. If you know of such generic patents, I would be interested in reviewing these.
