Very good point. I will add this to my next email to PINC.

I will rephrase your question as follows:

"Does PINC have rights to source code, which would allow them to modify the program to their heart's content and better differentiate it from versions of Survive-2000 sold by other entities, not to mention be able to enhance it to compete with the name brand Y2K utility products?"
