AMD has risen 66% in the last 29 trading days. Another 66% is 46+.
I don't see that happening in the next 30 days but you never know.
Why? Analysts are still wary of Jerry and AMD. Last time it got to 48 a lot of them got burned....the K6 was something new and exciting but AMD couldn't deliver. Now they can but it's clearly a case of Wall Street moving to Missouri, the "show me" state.
AMD is bumping up against 28 right now. No wonder since there was a 150k lock sold a few days ago when it hit 28. Have to work off the oversold condition as well. Then comes the 30-31 area. Major overhead resistance. When that's taken out, and it may take a while, then and only then is AMD free to run a while.
